I contacted Platinum Life to inform them that I had lost my job a few weeks after taking a policy with them which was in the price I could afford and that I will have to cancel it because I hadn't found another job by the time my 1st debit order needed to be paid. To my surprise, Arcel informed me that I don't have to cancel my policy, they could extend the premium date with a reduced premium I was overjoyed that Platinum Life was able to give me 2 benefits instead of having to cancel a policy they specifically altered to fit my needs.
