I contacted Platinum Life earlier this month to cancel my policy or enquire about a cheaper policy. As we all know, the current economy and cost of living is hard to manage, and a lot of times we need to cut expenses where we can. I received a call from one of their agents and explained my situation, she listened to me and empathized with my situation and advised that she can assist with a 'life saver' policy premium reduction, they said that instead of giving up the amounts I've already paid and having them go to waste, they can rather reduce my premium for 6 months until my situation has improved. I decided to opt for the option and I was really grateful that they could accommodate me. There is nothing worse than canceling something and realizing you just wasted your money for 3+ years.
