I contacted Platinum Life as I had some financial constraints and needed to cancel my policy. Arcel handled the situation with empathy and kindness, and offered me alternatives to help me maintain my policy whilst giving me some leeway to help me overcome my financial difficulties. I didn't feel pressured to maintain my policy, but really appreciated the options that were extended to me. A few other financial institutions can certainly take note!
