I contacted Platinum Life as I received a text message regarding my policy, I spoke to a lovely lady called Riona, she was professional from get go, she was understanding and didn’t think twice in going the extra mile to assist me to get my details updated , and put my policy back on track , I’m so grateful to have been assisted by her, keep it up Riona 😃🌹
