I canceled my contract with platinum and they told
I canceled my contract with platinum and they told. E everything is sorted but yet there was money pulled out of m6 account with was my grandchild support money so you tell me were do I get money to pay it back because like I said I'm unemployed

As discussed, please rest assured that no deductions will be processed on your Platinum Life policy until the end of July, in line with the amended premium agreed upon.
The premium that was deducted appears to have been processed by IPS. I have escalated this matter to their team, and a consultant will be in touch to follow up and provide further information and assistance.
