I called through with a query on my policy, i spoke to Riona Lala Client Care Consultant she was so efficient. I was actually thinking of cancelling my policy but she accommodated my questions and helped me tremendously. She helped me feel confident again and assisted me with my query on the premium. I really am overjoyed to have been helped by her. She was kind, patient and understanding.
