I called Platinum Life regarding the change of premium debit order dates in December
I called Platinum Life regarding the change of premium debit order dates in December. Lauren was friendly, helpful and so quick to assist that it completely calmed my stressed out feelings. She quickly assisted and assured me that everything will be in place for the correct date and was very professional - that has been my experience with everyone I've ever been in contact with at Platinum Life
