I called in with a very heavy heart and difficult decision, I spoke to Bianca and she was absolutely outstanding giving me solutions and assistance to my problem. Her kind and caring attitude was wonderful, and I have not experienced that in a very long time. I felt I was not just a number and she took time to explain and offer many suggestions. She really went above and beyond and her company can be very proud of the service she offers clients.
