I called in to Platinum Life
I called in to Platinum Life. The first person to answer the phone was Lee-anne, listened to me, sympathized with me and proceeded to assist me. She was happy, polite and so very friendly. The call was concise and my problem was sorted out immediately. I all companies could work this way, life would be so much easier. Thank you.
