I called in this morning requesting an urgent amendment on my policy schedule

I called in this morning requesting an urgent amendment on my policy schedule. I was advised that it takes 24-48 hours to amend however i should send an email with my ID and the relevant details. There were 3 wonderful ladies that assisted me which is Lee-Ann, Riona and Chrysanthea. They were such a pleasure to talk to and they immediately understood the urgency.
