I became a member of Platinum life in January 2024, around the 5th of June 2024 a consultant phoned me to increase my premium, i declined the increase and then the phone cut off
I became a member of Platinum life in January 2024, around the 5th of June 2024 a consultant phoned me to increase my premium, i declined the increase and then the phone cut off. The guy phoned back but we had a bad connection and i don't know if he heard and understood what i said. I then sent a message to the Platinum life whats app no on friday the 7th of June 2024, with no responce from them. I'm really not happy with this incident. I would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible. T.Rome Policy no *** ***
