I am with Platinum Life for years now and honestly can only say that they are always friendly and understand my needs. The advicers is trained to get you to accept policy upgrades. So after a yearly call from them and a recent premium increase I politely declined the increase and they called me back and my premium was adjusted. They always helpful. Please be patient when they call.
