I am very happy with the over all service of Platinum Life

I am very happy with the over all service of Platinum Life. Ever since I took out the policies, the customer service were excellent. I sent an email to cancel my policies as I was retrenched in May 2022, so I can't afford my monthly premiums anymore. I then received a telephone call from Joni at Platinum Life who listened to me, encouraged me and gave me excellent advice in order for me to still keep my policies. I am forever grateful to her.
