I am going through a very tough time with me not working and my husband has to cover all expenses. With my son studying the Varsity fees and transport I was not able to make payment and contacted Platinum Life as I did not want to loose my policy which I have had for many years. A friendly staff member contacted me and was able to assist me by giving me a payment break, and writting off my two months arrears and restructuring my payment amount which makes it more affordable.
