I am going through a horrible financial state, and Tracy listened to my plight, as my policy was due for an increase, which I could not afford
I am going through a horrible financial state, and Tracy listened to my plight, as my policy was due for an increase, which I could not afford. I wanted to cancel it, knowing it is a good policy, but Tracy adjusted the policy, which is affordable now for me.
