I am for years a member of Platinum life and on 4th I made a call to confirm if my policy was still up to date

I am for years a member of Platinum life and on 4th I made a call to confirm if my policy was still up to date. When I received a call yesterday saying that I canceled my policy on the 4th , I was shock and immediately ask them to fix it as I'm a proud member of Platinum Life and would not canceled my policy, but that I was just make sure that it's still active.
