I am contacted without my permission
I am contacted without my permission. My number was given to other companies without concent. When I ask for help.. Nothing is done

As our policies are designed to provide risk cover, policyholders are unable to contact us directly to request an increase to their existing cover. For this reason, our consultants generally make upgrade calls at least once a year to provide the opportunity to consider additional cover or benefits that may be available to them. These calls are intended to be informative and are certainly not meant to be disruptive. I am truly sorry that this was not reflected in your experience, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
