I am a pensioner and rely on my pension. I have had unexpected expenses plus someone drove into me without stopping at the caution sign and my car is badly damaged on the left side that I cannot open the two doors and windows. I asked Anelisa from Platinum to not deduct the money and she was very very helpful. She explained to me that the next debit order had already gone off but she can help me to lower the premium to help me and then we can look at it again in the future.
