I actually called to cancel my policy, due to affordability

I actually called to cancel my policy, due to affordability. I spoke to the consultant who was very understanding and assisted me in a very polite manner. She took her time in explaining and giving me alternative options, and convinced me by explaining nicely to go with a cheaper premium. I decided to except the offer, which at this point and time works out much better fir me. I unfortunately can't remember her name. Thanks again to her for all the effort and patience she had in explaining everything. She definitely earned a 5 star rating for excellence!
