Horrible sales experience

I expressed some interest in the policy offered initially by the consultant (they got my details from my sister) but I soon after decided I didn't want it VERY EXPLICITLY (I said: DO NOT SEND ME YOUR FREE GIFT AND DO NOT ACTIVATE THE POLICY). However the consultant was adamant in a very pushy way that she would send me the gift and activate the policy even after insisting multiple times that I don't want it. I was not vague at all. I've now received the gift and fear that the policy will be activated please remove my information from your database immediately.

I don't understand what your sales people do not get by I DO NOT WANT A FREE GIFT OR A POLICY!! I'm more than happy to return the gift.

Your sales people are very pushy in an uncomfortable way. Also do not ever contact me again for a sale on a policy!
