Hi Platinum experience was heartfelt
Hi Platinum experience was heartfelt. I was in a predicament and actually sent a email to platinum life to have my policy canceled because I felt I could no longer afford it. Then I received a call from Marna Pretorius She explained to me that canncelling after many years would be unfortunate as I contributed for 13yrs. She spoke to me about options which will meet my situation and be affordable. After about 3-4 phone calls, a decision was met and meet to continue with my policy. Thank you to Marna Pretorius 🙌🙌🫶🫶
