Hi I'm a member for 6 months so i do not have any complaints about the company, however being a single mother with 4 boys I am raising alone I wanted to cancel my policy. I'm going through a real difficult time and figured I can save to buy winter clothes or food for my boys. I explained that to the operator Roxy. She listened and advised me to keep my policy and add a discount on it. It was made affordable. Thanks for helping me to realize I almost made a very bad decision. Having a cancer policy with platinum life is having peace of mind if anything should happen in the future. Knowing me and my boys is covered is a joy thanks for the advice.
