Have to say that out of all the call centre agents ever to contact me, Nadia from Platinum Life is just going out of her way to make a person feel special
Have to say that out of all the call centre agents ever to contact me, Nadia from Platinum Life is just going out of her way to make a person feel special. Never before have I experienced a salesperson to be so informative and helpful on a product. I took up a death cover without even thinking twice. I have been with Platinum for over 13 years, and being a sales consultant with Nedbank for over 10 years myself, I know how difficult it can get out there. Well done, Nadia.
