Harrassing and bullying

Platinum Life! Your sales people are harrassing everyone !You keep on phoning even though we reject the call because we don't sit at home answering calls the whole day,some people work!when a call is not answered ( sometimes you phone 4 to 5 times repeatedly) it means a person is busy! When a person says "I do not have 5 minutes to talk to you at this very moment" (IT IS NEVER 5 MINUTES!!!!! ) it means that a person can not talk at the moment! I just witnessed a sales person phoning my colleague and when she told him she is at work and that he can phone 13:00 he went on again ,"you dont have 5 minutes" , "No i dont", then he said " is that so?" Arrogant people! When a person request all the details of a new polocy,you as as salesperson have NO right to tell them "what os there to think about,it's cancer"!!!! How dare you bully people !!!I have been a member for more than 10 years,but i dont even want to be part of this any longer!Train your staff!
