Harassment from AGENTS!

I actually give this company 0 stars. I have had none stop harassment from an agent named, Jaco. He has been calling me none stop and I unfortunately am not able to take calls. There was a misunderstanding over one phone call at my work but he continues to call. I work in a LIBRARY. Can you imagine the phone ringing none stop when you are dealing with patrons. This is the message I received from my colleagues as I haven't been into work. My colleague mentioned that he called repeatedly until someone answered the call even though they had to be declined due to work. He had the nerve to mention that the call must be answered. Yes, fair! If it's to help people with work related queries. I honestly hate how this company will gladly take other people's phone numbers from customers to make sales. Yes I received a gift but I will gladly return it if I can just be left alone. I do not want calls coming through on my cell phone because it is hard to track that is spam and what is important these days. I also do not appreciate the fact that my workplace is receiving constant calls from your sale agents and him being so persistent.
