Im very satisfied with the customer service.I was in contact with two customer care ladies telephonically and both of them were just as helpful.I also liaised via email and responses were swift and professional.I was unable to afford my monthly premium any longer- they assisted me reducing the amount to a more "budget-friendly" amount.
