AS DEDUCTIONS TOOK PLACE WEREBY CAPITEC HEAD OFFICE STOPPED DEBIT ORDERS TOOK PLACE. AS CAPITEC BANK SPOKE TO PLATINUM LIFE 2 DAYS AGO WITH ME AS WELL WEREBY MS ROANA LALA SAID THAT GUARDRISK IS PART OF PLATINUM LIFE WEREBY I SAID AGAIN THAT THEIR CONTACT NUMBER *** RING NO ANSWER AT ALL BUT PART OF PLATINUM LIFE???? WEREBY MS ROANA LALA SAID PHONE CALL WILL BE MADE TO ME ON THE SAME NEVER HAPPENED AND WORST OF ALL COMPLAINTS WERE MADE ON HELLOPETER ON 8TH OF NOVEMBER 2023 AT GUARDRISK AND SINCE THEN NO REPLY AT ALL. SEEM PLATINUM LIFE WORST POLICY EVER AND TO USE GUARDRISK MISLEADING PEOPLE TO A POLICY PART OF PLATINUM LIFE WITH NO PHONE THAT EXIST. SIMPEL REASON PLATINUM LIFE IS WORST POLICY EVER ALL MUST STOP AND CLOSE IMMEDIATELY WORST SERVICE EVER.

During the call, you requested a full refund on your policy and our consultant advised that we needed to first investigate the matter and the calls were requested from our team. The policy was cancelled and feedback will be provided as soon as the calls have been received.
I will follow up regarding the call requested and ensure that you receive feedback as soon as possible. The policy was cancelled as requested on Monday and all further premiums stopped with immediate effect
