Great service from Platinum Life

Going through difficult time currenrly with general items,fuel and electricity hikes, I just thought it would be easier to cancel my policy with Platinum. Then I spoke to Monica, who was extremely helpful, understanding and so much more .. she explained what I would lose if the policy is cancelled, and gave me better options to actually keep my policy instead of just throwing in the towel. Her attitude towards my situation juat made me feel as if I'm not alone in this and as a company, Platinum would rather put my needs first ,and therefore give me better solution. This was highly appreciated indeed.
