Great service - even after TWO cancer claims,
I took out a policy in 2013 when a friend had a cancer scare with a lump in her breast. In 2014, my husband contracted Prostate cancer, and without hesitation, after receiving all the claim forms, Platinum life paid out that potion of the policy.
In August 2020, I contracted Endometrial cancer and after sending all the claim forms back, I’ve received notification that my claim is being paid out. No hesitation whatsoever, they stuck to their promises, even during these tough economic times caused by COVID lockdowns! Very well done Platinum Life, and I need to single out both Landi and Mandalee for their Excellent service and assistance. And for that reason, I award them 5 stars!
