Great service
Wanted to cancel my policy based on principle. Received a call from Tracy who really validated my feelings on the particular issue i had. Because of my conversation with her, i chose not to cancel. Great service and received not one, but two gifts from PL. Once again a happy client thanks to Tracy and the team.
