Great Customer service!

The lady I dealt with was very supportive and friendly. Had a chat and made me comfortable and realize she is actually human and not acting like a robot which often happens or what it feels like when dealing with these types of calls. I know they are scripted but sometimes they need to go off script a little to bring some authenticity.

I have been with platinum life for almost a decade and during this time I was retrenched and they were able to put my account on hold rather then let me just cancel. As soon as I was employed I let them know and they started my cover back up again. They take the time to listen and explain and even answer the same questions over and over again without ever getting frustrated.

Unfortunately I don't remember the ladies name but it might have been Marica that I dealt with but hope she gets some recognition! Definitely went along way for me in terms of great customer service
