Great Customer Service

Good Afternoon,<br> <br> I would like to give praise to Chabi Molewa, i know how difficult it is to be in a call centre and how rude some clients can be. Chabi did not show any symptoms of having a bad day, right from the get go she answered the phone with a smile and from there assisted me with one. i am truely happy that she answered even though my query was just a simple one.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Happy Client <br> <br> Nicole
