Great attitude, no pressure to take upgrade of policy

I was offered an upgrade on my current policy and after receiving documentation I decided not to take the deal. I was able to cancel the update within 30 days without any pressure from the person I contacted in connection with the cancellation. She remained friendly and helpful.
