good service from Platinum Life

Platinum Life deducted an extra amount on a premium for a upgrade on the insurance. The upgrade was cancelled by myself and the extra amount was not supposed to be deducted. I did query this and my query was handled by Aneshari Padiachy with extreme professionalism and with very quick response. Thank you for this very good service !!!
