Good day. I would like to thank Tyrell for his understanding when I spoke to him yesterday asking for my policy to be cancelled . He gave me other options so I don't have to give up my policy and it suits my pocket being a pensioner and relying on a state grant monthly to get by. His compassion, understanding and willingness to come up with a solution was very admirable. I truely commend him for that. Thank you Tyrell.
