I promptly received a call back to assist with an adjusted premium on an existing policy I had for over 11 years from Arcel Coetzee due to financial adjustments I needed to make. Not only did she assist with this but also has the most amazing bedside manner. Her empathy not only eased the transition but allowed for a totally different experience than I expected.
