Gift voucher
I was called by platinum life promoting their products, and I advised the consultant that I'm not working. She then said if I referred friends and family I would get a voucher of 1000. When the voucher was send to me I was in hospital. I did send them an email asking about the voucher. Was told after a couple of days that they can not reactivate the voucher because it's after a month, I then send them proof that I did a request within a month. They then responded and changed the story saying I should have contacted them within 2weeks.and they can not do anything about it. I'm an very ****ed with the service I got because I referred about 100 friends and they can not even issue me with voucher as a token of appreciation. I asked this matter to be escalated but I was told they can not do that. I am soo angry. I would never recommend platinum life to anyone.

You were given the chance to nominate friends and family members for a promotional gift. As a token of our appreciation, a R1000 voucher was sent out on the 30th of November 2020, This voucher expired on the 30th of December 2020.
You contacted us on the 29th of January regarding your voucher and we advised that we are unable to extend a voucher that expired more than a month ago. You queried this matter with us again and the same feedback was provided. It was never mentioned in any of the correspondence that you were in the hospital and unable to use your voucher.
I will escalate the matter to Isabella Garcia, as the arrangement they have with us is that no vouchers can be extended after 2 weeks. I will ask them to contact you regarding this matter.
