Gift parcel with 2 peoples details

Today I was sepost to receive my gift

The courier brought it to my office and asked what my name is and he told me I can't get the package cause its not for me all my work details was on it accept my name and cell number my office address was on it and also my office number .I phoned the person who's number was on it and she said to me I must ask the courier just to return the package to the correct address and she gave me her address . So after I wrote everything down and gave it the courier she told me she received her gift already so then the one with my work details on was actually sepost to be mine but I gave it back to the courier cause my name is not on there and he also said that I can't accept it even if it has my work details on . So I'm waiting already almost 3months for my gift and I never get it last year I also should've gotten a gift and it was also not delivered .
