Friendly service

In the middle of August i had a new financial responsibility and the first thing i thought of was to cancel my polify when i friendly lady (can't remember her name) called and offered to just downgrade my policy so i would pay less but still have cover so that gave me piece of mind and i accepted the offer. I also couldn't refuse as she was so friendly,helpfull and thoughtfull
