Friendly person who contact me in Afrikaans which was appreciated. Service and advice was excellent. Advise not to cancel the policy. Helping me to lower the premium and still have cover. I am very greatful because after all the years I was sad to cancel the policy. But no I am covered with a premium that I can afford.
