Free gift harrassment

I was called this morning by a skilled marketing person, someone with just the right amount of urgency in their voice as well as an understanding "I'm just doing my job" wink-nudge friendliness. Apparently I have won a free gift, nominated by an aquaintance of mine who I get along with just fine, but whose judgment is in question. Before I knew it I had given this person far more information over the phone that I felt comfortable with. So here I am writing this review to ask that someone at Platinum Life please respond and confirm the removal of my information from their system. My wounded pride and irritation at my aquaintance will suffice, I don't want a gift or any further communication.
