Forbidden access to website

For the past few weeks I have been attempting to access the IPS Health & Wellness site, part of the Platinum Life group, but keep getting a 403 error which states the server I'm trying to access is forbidden. I then emailed to make this problem known, & Cheron Capazorio responded by saying that he/she would contact the design team to sort this issue, this was on 20 March 2015. Today I have attempted accessing Platinum Life's website, & the same problem is occurring on this site, forbidden access. <br> <br> I am a customer of Platinum & I cannot even get contact details because I cannot access the site.<br> <br> Could this issue please be sorted out?
