For the last person I spoke to. She was very understanding compared to the one that I spoke to before her as she dropped the phone while I was explain why I can't increase the premiums. That girl was very rude and quite a polite way. The lady I spoke to after her was exceptional. She listened to what I had to say and she explained thoroughly as to how this works.
