Fly-by-night ************.
Still awaiting for important documents and recordings from Mandelee @ claims over 2 months as I want to proceed with Ombadsman and fais.
As this fly-by-night company reject claims and when you want to take it further the duck and dive and never respond to emails. But continue to deduct premiums.

19 Jan 2023, 12:01Thanks for your half hearted response. The 1st request was done 2 months ago then on the 14th I was advised by legals to do all correspondence via mail.
