Firstly Jaco , who introduced me was very friendly and professional. When my Bank account changed, I mailed the necessary details of my new bank account and was promptly assisted by Alisha to get my new Debicheck sorted. I am very proud of Platinum Life and what they do for cancer people as it is not emotionally or physically easy to go through cancer. They are kind and supportive and I have peace of mind that I will get good service if I ever need to claim.
