Farhana called me yesterday and handled my request with such softness and professionalism
Farhana called me yesterday and handled my request with such softness and professionalism. She assisted me by instead of cancelling the whole policy of cancer cover, to a reduced fee that suited my needs much easier than what I originally had agreed on. Platinum life callers are people too, and kind people. Farhana for example, she's really good at her job and not once did I feel forced into anything. Thank you Farhana.
