Many times when financial circumstances were against me I requested for my platinum life policy to be cancelled, but every time someone from Platinum life gave me a call and options to choose from to enable me to keep my policy. Today I can truly say, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for not allowing me to cancel my cancer cover with you. When a person receive the news with the positive results of Cancer, it feels like your whole world is falling apart, all the expenses that comes with the terrible news, yes I do have medical aid, but there are excess to be paid for the procedures that has to follow and without Platinum life we would not have been able to do the procedure, just over a week and my claim has been approved and my husband can give the go ahead for the treatment that is required. Thank you Aneshari Padiachy for providing me the info required to claim and a special thanks to Tatum Monson for seeing the claim through for me. We still have a long road ahead of us but Platinum life has made it a better road.
