Fantastic Customer Service
I would like to compliment Arcel from Platinum Life. She offered an upgrade on my Policy and I explained that I would not financially be in a position to pay more than I am curently paying. The other telemarketers I have spoken to only offered more expensive options and kept pushing. I almost cancelled my policy of more than 9 years. Arcel actually listened to me and gave me OTHER options. Not only did she successfully maintaine and assisted a customer she restored the Platinum Life name for me. Arcel is an asset to your Company. Arcel keep up the good work
