False Advertising and Promises
Good Day
Platinum life said they would send me a free gift. You guys sent me a coupon for Isabella Garcia where I have to enter my banking details and pay R84 for delivery. This was not the deal. I was thinking about becoming a client with you Guys but right now I don’t think so.
Please send me my free gift.
I will not pay a cent for delivery as this was not the deal.
The courier charge must be paid by you not by me.
Please sort this out or I will take this further as you are false advertising and making false promises. You are Lying to potential customers. This is very bad for a financial services provider. I will escalate to the FSCA.
