False advertising
I am very disappointed in this company 2nd time hat they promised you gifts for phone numbers and never deliver. They are busy with false advertising, bothering people at work to give them numbers for empty promises. My husband gave them 60 numbers and he got a gift voucher from Isabella Garcia, they phoned got my details and that's the second time that came to nothing. Is this Platinum life paying them for nothing????

I have received your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter. I was unable to reach you telephonically to advise.
You were nominated in late December 2017 for a promotional gift. Our gifts are sent out at random and you received an sms with a 50% off voucher from Isabella Garcia. When you were nominated again in early January of 2019, the system picked up your details as a duplicate (as it is within 12-13 months from the last referral) and sent out another sms with a voucher (as per the first gift received).
As you were promised a physical gift when you were contacted, I have arranged for a gift to be sent to your physical address.
Please feel free to give us a call if there is anything else I can assist with and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
